BCP Group Edition
The BCP Group Edition is for small to mid size enterprises that want enable on-demand, spreadsheet-based collaborations in a hosted, SaaS environment. Users download a pre-configured BCP collaboration template, indicate which users they want to participate in a collaboration, who can see what data, and then they can start sharing and exchanging data right from inside a spreadsheet on the desktop.
Users work with a spreadsheet just like they do today-- adding rows, updating cells, and changing formulas. When they're ready to share their changes, they click on a submit button and their changes are versioned by the BCP Server. Other users working on their desktops can then refresh their spreadsheets and see the changes show up at the cell level. No email, no cut & paste, no "save-as" manual versioning. The entire collaboration process is automated by BCP using the same spreadsheet tool you use today.

BCP Budget Planning - Use this template to easily manage a multi-departmental budget. Each department manager will only see data for their department. The budget process owner sees an automatic rollup of all the departments. No cut & paste, no email. And, as actuals are available, these can be automatically pushed out to the users without sending a new spreadsheet. You can even control which columns user can adjust. The BCP Budget Planning template includes a rich set of pivot reports which are updated automatically as changes are made.

BCP Sales Forecasting - Use this template to easily manage a product unit level forecast. Many users find it frustrating to click through multiple web forms to make changes to opportunities. With the BCP Sales Forecasting template, all users only see their opportunities. They can make changes working in the spreadsheet on their desktop. When they're ready to share changes, they simply click on submit/refresh to exchange cell-level changes with other users including partners, resellers, and customers. The forecast manager sees an automatic rollup of all the forecast from all users. And, as actual sales are available or changes to the master product/price list are made, these can be automatically pushed out to the users without sending a new spreadsheet.
